RETURNS ON REPORTS
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time, you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a new reading.
You can submit refund requests within 3 days after the guaranteed period for delivery has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
EXCHANGES ON REPORTS
There are no exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with a product, we can offer you an astrological reading for an equal value.
REFUNDS ON READINGS
There are no refunds on readings or gemstones. Since readings and gemstones are customized for you, we can’t offer a refund or exchange on them.
